Mr. Greenstein is a Principal for Stratford Partners. His primary responsibilities are in Capital Markets including the raising of private equity and the management of existing and potential investor relationships.

Mr. Greenstein has a long history of investing and involvement  in the multifamily space through his family business.  He received his Bachelors from The University of Florida where he attended on a tennis scholarship.
