Andy Crews

Managing Principal

Mr. Crews is a Co-Founder and Managing Principal of Stratford Partners. In addition to co-heading the acquisitions group and general strategy of the firm, Mr. Crews oversees joint-venture equity and capital raising for Stratford Partners. As a principal, Mr. Crews has been responsible for the acquisition of more than $1 billion in multifamily assets and more than 8,000 units across the U.S in nearly 20 years in the business.

Prior to founding Stratford Partners, Mr. Crews was a founding Principal and Chief Investment Officer of RedHill Realty Investors in San Diego. Prior to RedHill, Mr. Crews was a Managing Director of CRA Advisors, a real investment and advisory firm. Mr. Crews began his career with the Merrill Lynch Global Private Client and Investment Consulting Group providing core investment services to institutions and ultra-high net worth investors.

Mr. Crews holds Bachelor’s degrees in International Business, Spanish, and Finance from the University of Tennessee.
