No Upper Limit
EQUITY:
$5 Million+ – Single Asset
LEVERAGE:
Typically 60–75%
No max leverage – will consider high leverage loan assumptions and seller carry; can close all-cash
TARGETED IRR:
Core Plus – 12–14%
Value-Add – 14–18%
Opportunistic – 18%+
Investment Period: 3–10 years
