Ian Turnbull

VP of Acquisitions | Southeast

Mr. Turnbull is a Vice President of Acquisitions for Stratford Partners and is responsible for overseeing the Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee markets.

Prior to joining Stratford Partners, Mr. Turnbull was part of Marcus & Millichap’s multifamily brokerage group in the North and South Carolina markets. At Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Turnbull was involved in over 75 multifamily transactions totaling over $250 million of transaction volume.

Mr. Turnbull received an MBA from East Carolina University. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree from Clemson University.
