Brett Kelly

Asset Management

Mr. Kelly is an Asset Manager for Stratford Partners and is responsible for overseeing the Arizona, Tennessee, and North Colorado markets.

Prior to joining Stratford Partners, Mr. Kelly worked as an Asset Manager for Tower 16 Partners in San Diego. Prior to Tower 16, Brett worked in corporate finance at NuVasive, a public biotech company based in San Diego.

Mr. Kelly holds a Bachelor’s degree from Point Loma Nazarene University.
