Jesse Wilson

Managing Principal

Mr. Wilson is a Co-Founder and Managing Principal of Stratford Partners. In addition to co-heading the acquisitions group and the general strategy of the firm, Mr. Wilson oversees lender relationships, transactional execution, investor reporting, and company operations.

Prior to founding Stratford Partners, Mr. Wilson was a Vice President of Acquisitions with RedHill Realty Investors in San Diego. Prior to RedHill, Mr. Wilson worked as real estate analyst for the Corky McMillin Companies, and began his career in accounting with Damitz, Brooks, Nightingale in Santa Barbara.

Mr. Wilson holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
