Michael Swanner

VP of Acquisitions | Colorado/Southwest

Mr. Swanner is a Vice President of Acquisitions for Stratford Partners and is responsible for overseeing the Colorado, Oklahoma, and Texas markets. During his tenure at Stratford Partners he has also worked in various asset management and construction management roles.

Prior to joining Stratford Partners, Mr. Swanner played Minor League Baseball as a pitcher in the Atlanta Braves organization.

Mr. Swanner holds a Bachelor’s degree from Pepperdine University.
