Mr. Greenstein is a Principal for Stratford Partners and is responsible for overseeing capital markets. That includes the raising of private equity and the management of existing and potential investor relationships.

Mr. Greenstein has a long history of investing and involvement in the multifamily space through his family business.

Mr. Greenstein holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida.
