Mr. Swanner is Vice President of Acquisitions for Stratford Partners and is primarily responsible for the Colorado market. Furthermore, Mr. Swanner supervises the company’s entire underwriting platform. During his tenure at Stratford Partners he has also worked in various asset management and construction management roles.

Prior to joining Stratford Partners, Mr. Swanner played Minor League Baseball as a pitcher in the Atlanta Braves organization for two seasons.

Mr. Swanner received his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
